2. Tax Return Preparation

Our services in preparing your tax returns are limited to tax return preparation. The completion of a tax return by us does not constitute an assurance that any particular reported position is correct. If, during the course of our services, we become aware of a return position for which we believe a penalty under the tax code is likely to apply, we will bring that position to your attention promptly.

3. Scope of Services

All services provided are limited to the scope explicitly defined in the engagement letter or written instrument signed by our authorized representative. Any expansion of our services beyond the agreed scope requires a written agreement between both parties.

4. Terms Regarding Tax Advice

Tax advice rendered in connection with the preparation of any tax return is subject to the following provisions:

• Our tax advice is based on the information provided to us and the current state of tax laws. Changes in laws or additional information may affect the advice given.
• We will promptly notify you if, during our engagement, we become aware of any material errors or omissions in the information provided to us.
